Welcome to DBNascent

DBNascent is a database of nascent sequencing data created and maintained by the Dowell and Allen Lab at the University of Colorado Boulder. All of the data have been downloaded from the Short Read Archive at NCBI. Metadata were standardized and samples were then analyzed identically by assessing quality, mapping, and calling regions of bidirectional transcription to explore enhancer and promoter transcription genome-wide.
